Returns & Refunds
Fourteen-day window
Pieces bought remotely may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. The window runs from the date the courier records delivery. Pieces inspected in person at the atelier before purchase fall outside this window, since the condition was assessed in the room.
Condition on return
A returned piece must arrive as it was sent, with all packaging, papers, and any links removed during sizing. Pieces that have been sized irreversibly, engraved, polished or damaged cannot be refunded in full.
How to start a return
Contact us with your reference before returning anything. We will arrange insured transit and issue a return reference. Please do not ship a piece back unannounced — we cannot insure what we are not expecting, and high-value transit is not something to improvise.
Refund timing
Once the piece arrives and clears inspection by our horologists, we issue the refund to the original payment method within three business days. Your bank may take a further five to ten days to post it.
Bespoke commissions
Commissioned pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faults in workmanship are covered by the lifetime guarantee and will be put right by the atelier.
Faults
If a piece is faulty or not as described in its condition report, contact us before returning it. Faults are addressed outside the fourteen-day window under our servicing commitment.
